Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer here feel free to contact us anytime to ask!

WHEN IS MY SESSION FEE DUE?

-Session fees are due the day of your session.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

-We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle & all major credit/debit cards


DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING?

-At this time we do not require a deposit when booking.


DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED?

-No. You are free to purchase as much or as little as you'd like to fit your needs.


WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD WE BOOK?

-It depends. If you're looking for outdoor photos we suggest morning or early evening. If you're bringing a baby or toddler we suggest working around their feeding & nap schedules.


WHAT SHOULD WE BRING WITH US?

-You don't need to bring anything, however, here are some suggestions:

SENIORS:

*Clothing options (if getting more than the "basic" session

*Sports jerseys, letterman jackets, instruments, cap & gown, awards, or any prop that represents you & your hobbies

*An open mind & a sense of humor. We want you to be relaxed & have fun so that we get the best portraits possible!


FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN:

*Clothing changes (if you'd like)

*Snacks/drinks - There's nothing harder to photograph than a hungry toddler!

*Favorite toy or blanket - Whether it's to use in the photos or just to comfort your child. Photos in a new place can be scary!

*Patience - This is a must! Your child will most likely test your nerves, but if you freak out so will they. It's sometimes best to just breathe & let us take over for a bit.


WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

-You are welcome to park in the driveway or across the street.


HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SESSION?

-We sometimes need to book back to back sessions so we ask that you not arrive more than 15mins early for your session to avoid having to wait. We like to be set up & ready to go by the time you get there. If you will need to change clothes before starting we ask that you arrive a little early so that you're ready to start at your scheduled time. Also, if you are running late please give us a call or send us a text to let us know.


HOW WILL I VIEW MY PHOTOS?

-In most cases your photos will be uploaded to our website in a private album for you to view & choose from. Some simpler sessions such as yearbook photos or business headshots that need quicker turnaround will be available to view that day in the studio.


IS RETOUCHING INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?

-Yes. Basic retouching is included with all purchased images. This includes color & density correction, blemish retouching, teeth whitening, etc.


HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE PHOTOS?

-Indefinitely. You can always contact us at a later date to view your photos again.


ONCE YOU TAKE MY PHOTOS, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO UPLOAD TO THE WEBSITE?

-It depends on the time of year & how busy we are. Usually it's about 2 weeks, but that can change during peak times. We ask that you be patient with us.


ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THEM TO COME IN?

-It depends on the time of year & how busy we are. I would allow 4-6 weeks minimum. If you need something by a certain date please let us know when you place the order so we can determine if it will be possible or not.


ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, DO I OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE DIGITAL IMAGES?

-No. Our photos are copyrighted & it's illegal to reproduce them without purchasing the rights to the images. To do so, you would need to purchase the high resolution images with a copyright consent. We will not give out un-watermarked images without purchasing the copyright.
